Returns Policy
All items purchased can be returned to streetsoul.eu in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You may still exchange items within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. We do not refund sale items - only exchange or store credit is available.
We do not accept any returns of underwear.
If you want to return an item you need to contact us at info@streetsoul.eu. Note the purchase number and list the items you want to return.
We will provide you with further information about the process of returning.
The buyer covers all the shipping costs for returns.
Exchanging
When exchanging an item you will have to cover the shipping of a new item. If new items cost exceeds the returned you will have to pay the difference.
Refund
Money for returned items to Streetsoul will be transferred back to your bank account within a period of 15 days from the date of receiving the goods.
