Shipping and Delivery
Shipping procedure
We ship the order using shipping company from our warehouse to the address specified. At the delivery point receiver must show an id and verify the delivery by signature.
If for any reason courier cannot deliver the order, it will be held in the nearest postal office for as long as 10 days. If the purchase is not collected within the period of 10 days the order will be shipped back to streetsoul.eu
If the receiver refuses to sign and accept the order or does not pick up the purchase within 10 days of the delivery a charge of delivery will be applied to the buyer and not returned.
Shipping charges
Shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and the country which you order to.
In order to check your shipping charges before you make a purchase, add items to your cart and click the 'CHECKOUT' button. Your total merchandise & shipping charges will be calculated before final checkout step.
