PAYMENT
We accept payments made through PayPal or with any of the following payment card types.

All payment transactions on Streetsoul.eu are encrypted. We encrypt all transaction information (such as credit card number, expiration date, etc.) using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL).
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
All items on streetsoul.eu web page are on stock and ready to ship. We strive to make sure that, prices, descriptions and stock details on goods displayesd are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any of the goods within your order, you will be contacted and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or of cancelling it. If we cannot contact you the order will be cancelled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the goods, a full refund will be issued.
DELIVERY
We ship purchases using National Post and UPS. All purchases have a tracking number and can be traced.
When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number of your package.
Depending on the country of delivery, there might be instances when we are not able to provide a track & trace link for your order. It is because the partner company in some countries might not be the same as we use to ship. Contact Streetsoul Customer Service to find out the delivery details, in case of a delay.
Shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and the country which you order to.
In order to check your shipping charges before you make a purchase, add items to your cart and click the 'CHECKOUT' button. Your total merchandise & shipping charges will be calculated in the checkout process when the shipping country is selected.
Delivery within EU usually takes from 2-4 business days.
International delivery usually takes from 2-10 days.
At the delivery point receiver must show an ID and verify the delivery by signature.
If the courier for any reason cannot deliver the order, you will be noticed and the packaged will be held in the nearest postal office for as long as 10 days. If the purchase is not collected by the buyer within the period of 10 days the order will be shipped back to Streetsoul.eu
If the receiver refuses to sign and accept the order or does not pick up the purchase within 10 days of the notice, a charge of €15 will be applied to the buyer.
We do not refund shipping costs in case of return!
PRICES
All prices displayed on Streetsoul.eu are inclusive Latvian VAT (21%).
We offer Tax-Free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries.
VAT (17% of the total price exclusive shipping charges) will be deducted automatically in the checkout when the shipping country is selected.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.
RETURNS POLICY
All items (non-sale) purchased on Streetsoul.eu can be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You may still exchange items within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. We do not refund sale items - only exchange or store credit is available.
We do not accept any returns of underwear.
Returns form is on the other side of the invoice attached to your purchase with instructions for the returns process.
If you want to return an item you need to fill in the return form and send the order back to the address shown in the form.
Shipping costs for returned items are payable by the buyer.
EXCHANGING
When exchanging an item Streetsoul will pay the shipping for the new item. If new items price exceeds the returned item’s price you will have to pay the difference.
REFUND
Money for the returned items to Streetsoul.eu will be transferred back to you by reversing the transaction. We guarantee the refund within 15 business days from the date of receiving the goods.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect certain personal information from you that partly will be given to the courier to deliver the goods.
We will use your contact information to send you newsletters with special offers and updates.
You have a right to resign from receiving newsletters.
