Terms & Conditions
The term "Streetsoul" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the internet store STSL, Ltd. whose registered office is 7 Zilupes Street, Riga, LV-1019, Latvia. The term "you" refers to the buyer.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders made on internet store www.streetsoul.eu form limited liability company Streetsoul.

Delivery time
Average delivery time for Baltic States is 2 working days form the day of the purchase. We reserve the right to deliver the order up to 5 working days.
Cost and payment policy
We accept credit and debit cards and hanzanet banklink as payment options.
Shipping charges
Shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and the country which you order to.
In order to check your shipping charges before you make a purchase, add items to your cart and click the 'CHECKOUT' button. Your total merchandise & shipping charges will be calculated before final checkout step.
We do not refund shipping costs in case of return!
Delivery
We ship the order using shipping company from our warehouse to the address specified. At the delivery point receiver must show an id and verify the delivery by signature.
If courier cannot deliver the order for any reason other than reasons concering the delivery on courier's side, it will be held in the nearest postal office for as long as 10 days. If the purchase is not collected by the buyer within the period of 10 days the order will be shipped back to streetsoul.eu
If the receiver refuses to sign and accept the order or does not pick up the purchase within 10 days of the delivery a charge of €15 will be applied to the buyer.
Returns policy
All items purchased can be returned to streetsoul.eu in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You may still exchange items within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. We do not refund sale items - only exchange or store credit is available.
We do not accept any returns of underwear.
If you want to return an item you need to fill in return form that can be found on the other side of the invoice and send the order back together with the return form to us:

Shipping costs for returned items are payable by the buyer.
Exchanging
When exchanging an item Streetsoul will pay the shipping of a new item. If new items cost exceeds the returned you will have to pay the difference.
Refund
Money for returned items to Streetsoul will be transferred back to your bank account within a period of 15 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Privacy policy
We collect certain personal information from you that will partly be given to courier to deliver the goods.
We will use your contact information to send you newsletters with special offers and updates.
You have a right to resign from receiving newsletters.
